Our Business Philosophy
Brass Enterprise is comprised or 2 divisions whose overall mandate is to assist First Nations people & others
in their pursuit of happiness and well being. We accomplish our mandate by providing entertainment and information whose
sole purpose is to assist individuals in achieving contentment and joy.
Annie Brass
Annie, who is Saulteaux-Cree from Kawacatoose First Nation in Saskatchewan, Canada, excels in her abilities to promote
healing and recovery while having fun. Whether it's through participating in a workshop or enjoying a Stand-up Comedy routine,
your experience is sure to be memorable and will definately leave you smiling.
Annie's personal life story
and specialized training bring together a combination of dynamic proportions. Annie has training in Addictions, Community
Development, Life Skills, Drama and other Various Applications.
The journey to healing and wellness began in 1990
in the rooms of 12 step meetings. Annie has experienced intergenerational impacts of Residential Schools and the effects of
Addiction first hand. Annie's personal story is of triumph and courage with a definite will to succeed. She has challenged
her own personal issues with therapeutic approaches as well as First Nation traditional practices.
Annie has always
been gifted for telling humorous stories, and making light of life's daily challenges. It is through this talent that she
has been able to channel her energy to Stand-Up Comedy. Annie's unique style along with upbeat & zany antics keeps her
audiences howling with laughter. Annie has performed at Wellness Conferences, Community Gatherings and Fund-Raising Events,
where her humor and style made lasting impressions.
Annie's journey has led her from personal isolation to spiritual
freedom. Once suicidal, homeless and without hope, Annie Brass has overcome many obstacles and presents a story of courage,
perseverance, and most of all hope.
Annie is currently working on an Auto-biography and intends to publish
this work in honor of those who survived The First Nations Holocaust.

Our Company
It has long been Annie's dream to work for herself and operate her own business. After much consideration about what
type of services (she)would: A.) excel at B.) enjoy providing C.) be qualified to provide D.) fulfill her
need for a diverse and changing atmosphere.
Annie developed the concept of Brass Enterprise. This business venture
is the product of Annie's three main passions in life.
1. Annie's personal vendetta with what she terms the First
Nation's Holocaust. Residential School Impacts and long term effects to those who attended and their families.
2.
Comedy and performance, Annie loves to be in the spot light and enjoys performing and assisting in the laughter process.
3.
Pow-wow's and how they bring together friends, families and the celebration of culture and heritage, not to mention that Annie
and her son both dance and participate in the Pow-wow.
Brass Enterprise endeavours to provide services & entertainment that reflect Annie's three passions.
